Eureka Fieldworks is a small business-creation layer. We find a specific, painful customer problem, run a bounded offer to learn whether people will pay and get value, and only then consider scaling.

Eureka is not a large venture studio, investment fund, or multi-brand portfolio company. It is operated by one founder building carefully, one venture at a time.

A fixed-scope service for commercial electrical contractors: check customer-approved change orders against the matching pay app / SOV / invoice and flag what appears fully billed, partly billed, missing, or unclear.
